My Philosophy

At THRIVE Whole Life Wellness Coaching, I help you make gradual, lifelong changes that will enable you to reach your current and future health goals. I offer a 14-day Jump Start and 6-month programs for individuals with and without developmental disabilities. One-on-One and group programs available.

Healthy Cooking Basics for Independent Living

I offer weekly cooking lessons as well as 3 and 4 day camps for young adults with developmental disabilities who would like to learn basic cooking skills. We enjoy delicious gluten/dairy/refined sugar free meals that are easy to make. Learn to take charge of your own health as you embark on a more independent lifestyle.

About Me

I began working in the fitness industry in 1989 and have a passion for health and wellness. My desire to help young adults with developmental disabilities achieve healthy independence comes from my own daughter, who is a beautiful young lady with Down syndrome. She has dietary restrictions so we work together to ensure that she knows how to keep herself healthy as she continues to become a more independent adult.

I can help you make the diet and lifestyle changes necessary to enable you to improve your heath and well-being.

In July of 2023 I completed the Food Matters Institute Nutrition Certification Program to become a certified nutrition coach.

In 2015, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

I have learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and many different dietary theories from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, everything in between.

We are all bio-individually different so what may work for one person will not work for another. Let's work together to figure out what works best for YOU!
